A. Please check the sizes on each item page. If you can’t find, it is not available.
Q3. Are you selling authentic Japanese Baseball jerseys ?
A. Yes, we are. All of our NPB and Samurai Japan jerseys are 100% authentic from official shops of each team.
Q4. Is the price only in Japanese Yen ?
A. Yes, it is. Please check exchange rate and calculate the price of your currency by yourself before placing an order.
Q5. Is it possible to buy a jersey with name and number ?
A. Yes, it is. Please contact us if you want to order one. We will let you know the price.
Q6. Can you sell only the name and number set ?
A. It depends on the team and players. Some teams are selling only the name set.
Q7. Can I take a custom name and number jersey?
A. There are no custom name and numbers. You must choose from the real players.
Q8. Bulk Discounts
A. Unfortunately, We don’t offer bulk discounts. But we offer discount for frequent customers.
Q9. Can you get an item which isn’t listed on your website ?
A. If it’s available, we can get any items. Please let us know which item and the size you want.
Q10. What is the payment way ?
A. Credit Card or Apple Pay through Stripe. We don’t accept Paypal payment.
Q11. When will my credit card be charged ?
A. Your credit card will be charged when you place an order.
Q12. Do you provide international shipping?
A. Yes, we do. Basically the package is shipped by FedEx. Some places by Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

Q14. I’m traveling in Japan now. Can you deliver the item to my hotel or temporal address ?
A. Unfortunately, we can’t.
Q15. Handling Time (Time between when you make payment and when your package is dispatched.)
A. “1 in stock” item is basically within 3 business days. “2, 3, 4 or 5 in stock” item is basically within 1 month. We place an order for you because it’s not in stock at my office.
Q16. Shipping Time (Delivery time after your package is dispatched.)
A. Normally within 14 days.
Q17. Import duties, VAT, other taxes and charges
A. They are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the price. Please check with your country’s customs office how much they will be prior to buying.
Q18. Will you ship the package as a gift ?
A. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Q19. Return and exchange.
A. All sales are final. We can’t accept returns and exchange the items.
A. You can cancel your order before shipping is done. Please let us know within 6 hours of your payment. We take 5% as the cancelation charge for credit payment system.
Q21. My package was stolen after FedEx dropped it off at the front door. Will you send replacements or refunds ?
A. FedEx and we don’t take responsibility for stolen packages once dropped off. We recommend that you contact FedEx to hold a package and pick it up at FedEx Office near your place.
Q22. Do you have a store in Osaka ?
A. Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop. Only online service is available.
