A. Yes, we are. All of our NPB and Samurai Japan jerseys are 100% authentic from official shops of each team.
Q2. Is the price in US dollars ?
A. Yes, it is. Please check out the exchange rate and calculate by yourself if your country’s currency is not US dollars.
Q3. Why are the jerseys so expensive ?
A. The price on our web shop includes the jersey price, domestic shipping fee, international shipping fee, Paypal fee and our service charge.
But we give big discount for regular customers and friends who have purchased from us 3 times or more.

Q4. Do you sell former season jerseys on your shop ?
We are selling many handed-out or fan club members suplied jerseys on the “Retro Baseball Jersey eBay Store”.
Most of them are much cheaper price than the ones of new season jerseys.
Q5. Can you get summer jerseys or other limited jerseys ?
A. Yes, we can. But limited items tend to be sold out very soon. Some models get out of stock in a few minutes.
So please contact us as soon as possible. We will pre-order one for you.
But if we receive too many orders, keeping for my friends and regular customers are our top priority.
Q6. How much do I have to pay extra for name and number ?
A. It will cost around extra $50 for name and number. Please contact me if you want them.
Q7. Can you sell only the name and number set ?
A. It depeneds on the team and players. Some teams are selling only the name set.
A. All products are Japan size. Please be careful to choose the right size before placing an order.
Q9. Bulk Discounts
A. Unfortunately, We don’t offer bulk discounts.
But we offer big discount permanently for customers who bought new season jerseys 3 times or more.
Q10. Can you get player jerseys, jackets or other items without listing on your website ?
A. Of course, we can. Once becoming our regular customer, we’ll offer you discount for other products as well.
In fact, we have many regular customers and good friends who buy Japanese products through us.
Most of them contact me through Email, Facebook or Skype whenever they need our help.
Q11. What kind of items can you get ?
A. Any items if they are available in Japan. Our regular customers and friends often ask me to get animation figures, CDs, DVDs, concert tickets, cosmetic items and so on.
We can keep and combine the items from several stores. And we will ship them together whenever you want.
Q12. What is the payment way ?
A. Only Paypal is available. If you have a bank account in Japan, I’ll accept money transfer as well.
Q13. Do you provide international shipping?
A. Yes, world wide shipping by SAL, Air Mail, EMS. Normally, we ship by SAL, Economy Shipping Service or Air Mail.
But if you pay extra fee, I would love to ship the package by EMS, which is the fastest and safest shipping way from Japan.

A. Shipping fee is included in the price.
Q15. Will you ship the package as a gift ?
A. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
A. All sales are final, however, items can be exchanged or returned only if you receive the wrong items.
Q17. Do you have a store in Osaka ?
A. Unfortunately, we are selling jerseys only on the online web store.
Q18. Do you have time to meet me when I visit Osaka ?
A. I’d love to meet you if you become our regular customer and keep good relationship. Singaporean, Malaysian, Hong Konger and Chilean came to Osaka to see me before. We saw soccer matches at the stadium and went sightseeing around the Kansai region including Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe together.
They are really good friends rather than just customers for me now. I like making new overseas friends through transactions.
